Our Story
Founded in 2018, Lumis Automation began with a vision to bridge the gap between complex automation technology and real-world manufacturing challenges. What started as a small engineering effort has grown into a trusted automation partner with expertise spanning machine design, motion control, robotics integration, and UL-508A control panel manufacturing.
Over the years, we’ve collaborated with leading manufacturers in industries such as aerospace, food & beverage, medical devices, and consumer goods. From designing PTFE production machines to building robotic clip forming cells and high-precision inspection systems, our projects showcase the creativity, technical depth, and dedication of our team.

Lumis Automation was founded by Brett Bannon and Eduardo Flores, both mechanical engineers with a shared vision of transforming the automation industry. With strong backgrounds in mechanical design, controls engineering, and motion control, Brett and Eduardo bring complementary skills that shape every project.
Together, they lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and interns who combine mechanical, electrical, and software expertise to deliver complete end-to-end automation solutions.
